Okay. Think what you want. Most of you will think that I am nuts and my title has maybe peaked your interest.

Will for the few of you who still have a healthy mind and body and are capable of free thought,

(For there is no freedom without truth).

I will attempt to bring your attention to the United Nations on going CODEX Alimentarious eugenics world

depopulation agenda that was started in the 50’s by ex Nazi’s that were appointed by the USA government.

I will provide you with links to videos and articles that will inform you.

I have been thinking about writing this article for some time. I feel that the time is now very pressing,

since there is this huge media propaganda project underway to motivate people to stop drinking bottled

natural spring water that does not contain the poison FLUORIDE.

Here’s the short of it.

FLUORIDE is not a pharmaceutical product. It is a hazardous waste by-product from the phosphate (Cleaner),

Aluminum and nuclear industries.

FLUORIDE is at the top of the periodic table of elements. It is listed as the most toxic element on earth.

FLUORIDE is essentially an acid. Ever noticed that acid re-flux started after they put FLUORIDE in the

public drinking water?

FLUORIDE becomes an acid after it is combined with hydrogen…What do you think water is made of?

There was never and has never ever been any (proper) scientific studies done that FLUORIDE is safe or that

it actually saves teeth.

People are losing all their teeth in fluoridated cities..anyway I could write for ever on all the proof that is available,

to the fact that FLUORIDE is going to kill you.

FLUORIDE is the cause of cancer, osteoporosis, mind deteriorating illnesses, etc etc.

FLUORIDE acid molecules are much smaller than water molecules.

Over time of continuous consumption of this acid. The acid will affect each individual differently and at different rates.

Depending on where it concentrates itself in your body.

The only remedy that I can think of is the consumption of healthy fat. For fat will absorb the acid and then it will slowly

dispel it from your body. Fat is where toxins safely collect in your body. A moderate amount of fat is very healthy for you.

Maybe now you’ll understand why the media is drilling society to think that fat is bad. Why do you think they are

making the public think there are to many fat people?

It’s not true..or I should say that I no longer have any faith in that our government or media tells us the truth

about anything.

I suspect that some peoples natural defenses are working over time in the production of fat in an attempt to

contain this FLIORIDE acid that is in their bodies.

(Plus this, lets not forget all the pregnant female hormones that are injected into all live stock, to make

them heavier for maximum profits, also have you noticed how girls are sexually maturing as early as

8 years old? and that many men are having sexual identity problems?)

Now back to the FLUORIDE issue.

More and more towns and cities are now eliminating FLUORIDE from their public drinking water supplies.

Now think on this. How can they control the supposed proper dose of FLUORIDE that a child is to receive.

No two children will drink the same amount of water.

Would a medical doctor give a prescription and let you self medicate anytime and in any amount you want?

Would the doctor also not provide you with guidelines as how this should be done? etc etc are you

getting the point?

Here’s another thought. Would your doctor medicate all your friends, neighbors and strangers too,

because he felt that you needed this medication? Are you understanding the insanity of what I am describing?

Are you capable of researching and thinking for yourself? I hope so. Please check out all the links I will

provide below. Think for yourself… I would think you very foolish to only take my word for it.

Don’t trust the government or corporate media. Do your self a big favor. Avoid television and all corporate media.

Tune into the internet’s alternative independent truth medias. While you still can.

I hope one day you will discover that there really is secret agendas by the NWO crowd.

Fluoride. Dentists say that drinking it can protect your teeth against cavities. Cities and towns all across the world actually dump it into the water supply, hoping to indiscriminately medicate the population through their tap water faucets.

The official story on fluoride sounds wonderful: Drink the stuff, and you won’t get cavities, we’re told. It’s a nice story. But there’s another side to this story — the side you’re never told. And it starts with the astonishing but verifiable fact that nearly all the fluoride dripped into municipal water supplies isn’t naturally occurring fluoride at all.

In fact, it’s actually a combination of hexafluorosilicic acid and sodium silicofluoride.

These two chemical are considered highly toxic by the EPA. They’re actually classified as hazardous waste and when packaged for transportation, they must be labeled as poison and handled by workers wearing industrial safety gear.

So what are hexafluorosilicic acid and sodium silicofluoride, and where do they come from?

That’s the part of this story that you probably won’t believe. That is, not until you check it out yourself. Because the more you look into the mythology of fluoride, the more bizarre this story becomes.

And this bizarre story begins at phosphate mining companies. Phosphate is an important mineral used in fertilizers. It’s mined from natural rock deposits scattered across the world, and the phosphate rock is then refined to produce phosphoric acid. If that name sounds familiar, that’s because it’s one of the main ingredients in carbonated sodas such as Coke and Pepsi. Phosphoric acid is often compared to battery acid. It’s a highly acidic liquid that is believed to be the primary reason why drinking sodas can result in kidney stones and a loss of bone mineral density.

Phosphate rock is also used to create fertilizers. The problem is, phosphate is often contaminated with high levels of fluoride — as much as 40,000 parts per million, or up to 4% of the raw ore. To remove the fluoride, sulfuric acid is added to a wet slurry of phosphate and water. This causes the fluoride to vaporize, creating highly toxic gaseous compounds such as hydrogen fluoride and silicon tetrafluoride.

These toxic fluoride chemicals used to be released directly from the smokestacks of phosphate mining operations, but the nearby farms suffered devastating losses of cattle and food crops which withered away and died due to… guess what? Fluoride poisoning.

In order to stop this environmental destruction, the phosphate mining industry put in place a way to capture the toxic fluoride chemical vapors so that they wouldn’t be released into the air and kill the surrounding livestock and vegetation. This was accomplished by installing “wet scrubbers” that captured the toxic fluoride chemicals, preventing them from being released into the environment and killing the plant and animal life living nearby.

It is from these wet scrubbers that toxic fluoride chemicals are now harvested. They’re collected, re-packaged, shipped to your local city, then dumped into the municipal water supply. So instead of these toxic fluoride chemicals being released by the phosphate mining smokestacks, they are instead captured, and then released into the water supply of large cities where the chemicals then contaminate the water of millions of people at a time.

This is called water fluoridation.

When dentists and doctors say they support fluoride in the water supply, what they’re really saying is that they support the mass poisoning of the population with a highly toxic hazardous waste product that, if it weren’t dripped into the water supply, it would have to be disposed of as highly toxic hazardous waste under strict EPA regulations.

Curiously, it is a violation of federal law to dump hexafluorosilicic acid or sodium silicofluoride into the water. Such an act, in fact, is considered an act of terrorism. Yet it is mysteriously allowed today as long as it is accompanied by a loosely-justified claim that “we’re doing this to stop cavities.”

But setting aside for the moment the inconvenient truth that water fluoridation involves the illegal act of dumping hazardous waste into the water supply, there’s another important question in all this: Do these toxic fluoride chemicals actually prevent cavities?

Roughly ninety-nine percent of the municipal water pumped through any given city never ends up in the mouths of the people. Most water is used for showering, washing dishes, washing clothes, watering yards and filling pools. Almost none of the fluoride dripped into the water supply comes into contact with human teeth.

It does, however, end up downstream, where it contaminates rivers, streams and ultimately the oceans of our world. In this way, water fluoridation policies have become a convenient loophole through which the phosphate mining industry can dump its toxic waste byproducts into the environment without adhering to any EPA regulations whatsoever. Phosphate mining companies even turn a profit by selling their hazardous waste to cities, then labeling it “fluoride” even though this name is scientifically inaccurate.

All this raises an obvious question: If fluoride kills cows, and crops, and fish, and is considered a hazardous waste chemical by the EPA, then how could it be healthy to ingest?

And why don’t doctors and dentists, even though they openly recommend fluoride — sometimes with irrational exuberance — know where fluoride really comes from? If dentists knew fluoride was derived from the chemical waste of the phosphate mining industry, would they still recommend that we consume it?

The truth about fluoride is a lot like the truth about Enron, or Goldman Sachs, or every other shocking revelation that nobody believed until it suddenly became obvious that we were all being fooled for so long. Fluoride is a clever scheme, where a hazardous waste chemical is dumped into the environment by passing it through the bodies of people first. We, the People, have become the toxic waste dump site of the phosphate mining industry, and chances are, your local dentist fully supports this entire process.

Over the last several decades, an astonishing twenty-four studies have established a statistical link between fluoride exposure and low IQs in children. One study conducted by the Center for Endemic Disease Control in China found that each additional milligram of fluoride detected in every liter of a child’s urine was associated with a 0.59 point decrease in their IQ score. Another study found that fluoride exposure slashed the number of children achieving “high IQs” by more than 70 percent.

It shouldn’t be surprising, of course, to learn that a consuming a hazardous chemical might impair brain function. Water fluoridation, in turns out, may be the root cause of the alarming drop in academic aptitude among children in first-world nations. Historically speaking, the mathematics that used to be taught to eighth graders in the 1950s are now college-level courses in 2011. Maybe the reason why Johnny can’t read or spell is because Johnny’s been drinking too much fluoride.

So I have three bits of advice for you. First, for your dental needs, always seek out a holistic dentist who understands the toxicity of fluoride and mercury. They will advise you NOT to drink toxic fluoride chemicals from your tap water.

Secondly, don’t drink unfiltered tap water. In addition to the toxic fluoride chemicals, tap water is also usually contaminated with chlorine and even dangerous elements from old water pipes. Buy a good countertop water filter from a company like Aquasana. Or get a whole-house filter to remove chlorine and fluoride from the water entering your home.

Thirdly, help fight water fluoridation in your local city or town. If your city is like most cities, water fluoridation policies have been pushed by dentists and doctors who are technically ignorant of the origins and the composition of fluoride, and yet they seek to assert power over the composition your local water supply. They essentially attempt to mass-medication the entire population with what can only be called a “drug” — a biologically active chemical that they claim can prevent a health condition.

And yet, has this “drug” called fluoride ever received FDA approval as a drug? Have the individual members of the population been individually assessed for their need for such a drug? Have medication doses and drug interactions been considered? Has anyone even been written a prescription for this drug?

The answer is no. Fluoride is an unapproved drug, being used in a highly illegal mass-medication scheme that provides an excuse for the real agenda of disposing of a highly toxic hazardous waste chemical.

It’s time to stop fluoride.

Demand an end to fluoridation in your local cities and towns. Call for those who purchase and handle fluoride to stop what they’re doing. Question the safety of these toxic chemicals being dripped into the water supply. These are actions that endanger the public. They could be called acts of terrorism. And publicly shame the doctors and dentists who have taken part in this mass chemical poisoning, causing untold harm to populations all over the world.

Harry Hoxsey
Harry Hoxsey never studied medicine, but inherited a herbal formula

that his great grandfather had developed in about 1840 after watching

his prize stallion cure itself of cancer by eating a variety of plants that

the horse did not normally graze on while in pasture. He watched and

gathered these herbs and used them to successfully treat cancer and t

umors in other animals. His grandson, John C. Hoxsey, a veterinarian in

southern Illinois, was the first to use the formula to treat people with

cancer, and claimed to have positive results. When he died, he passed

the formulas on to his son, Harry Hoxsey, who opened his first cancer

clinic in 1924 in a small town in southern Illinois. Thousands of patients

swore the treatment cured them; but medical authorities branded

Hoxsey the worst quack of the century. So began a medical war

continuing to this day.

Hoxsey went on to open a large clinic in Dallas, Texas, which he expanded

to seventeen clinics across the United States. He was in a continious battle

with the AMA, headed by Morris Fishbein, and the local authorities;

Fishbein tried to buy the formula but when he failed, he set out to destroy

Hoxsey and his clinics. Hoxsey sued Fishbein and won, causing Fishbein to

have to resign his position with the AMA. But the AMA was able to get the

cancer patients.

By the 1950s, Hoxsey’s Texas clinic was the world’s largest, with branches in

17 states. Two Federal courts upheld his treatment’s “therapeutic value.

” Even his arch-enemy, the American Medical Association, admited Hoxsey’s

treatment did cure some cases.

Hoxsey maintained that cancer is not only a disease, it’s a kind of psychosis.

Therefore he treated the whole person: the mind, the spirit and the emotions.

In the 1920s, 30s, 40s, and 50s this was very radical. At that same time,

he recommended a diet, which in that era was also very radical because organized

medicine insisted there is no connection between diet and health, or diet and

disease. Hoxsey was many decades ahead of his time.

Despite his successes, there was a prosecutorial assault throughout the 1950s, but

Hoxsey won almost every single trial. However, in 1967, he received surgery

during which “something went wrong”. For the last seven years of his life he was an

invalid. Isolated and almost alone, people had forgotten about him; he died in 1974

without even an obituary in the Dallas newspapers.

Why won’t medical authorities investigate the treatment? Hoxsey charged a

conspiracy to suppress alternative therapies. He survived decades of being

“hunted like a wild beast”, only to see his clinics padlocked without the scientific

test he relentlessly sought. He died a broken man, anguished over the future

Chemist declares fluoride to be ‘one of the greatest public health threats of modern times’

(NaturalNews) Ingesting artificial fluoride chemicals does not prevent tooth decay, but rather destroys your insides and leads to the development of cancer and other illnesses. These are the disturbing findings of an assessment recently compiled by award-winning chemist, author, and founder of ThePeoplesChemist.com, Shane Ellison.

Frustrating more than 50 years of bad science that has claimed the exact opposite, Ellison’s appraisal of fluoride’s negative effects on the body shows once again why removing fluoride from public water supplies is crucial to public health. And health freedom advocates must step up to be the educational catalyst for bringing about this change nationwide.

“Once ingested, fluoride compounds attack the structural integrity of our insides,” says Ellison. “Collagen, a web-like network connecting our skeletal system to muscles, is torn apart by fluoride. We feel it as joint stiffness, ligament damage, and aching bones. This same mechanism leads to browning of teeth, an outcome known as fluorosis.”

Ellison adds that laboratory studies dating back decades have shown that fluoride spurs the mutation of mammalian DNA cells, which can promote the growth of cancer cells. Various population studies, he says, have shown that fluoride ingestion can increase a person’s risk of developing bone cancer by as much as 700 percent.

And finally, fluoride has never been shown to actually prevent cavities, which is the excuse most often used to continue lacing public water supplies with this toxic poison. On the contrary, fluoride ingestion actually promotes tooth decay, and even the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admits that there is no verifiable, scientific proof that fluoride in any way prevents cavities.

So why does artificial water fluoridation continue to persist in many towns and cities across America today? A combination of ignorance and pride both appear to be factors, as the medical establishment largely refuses to accept modern science showing that fluoride is unsafe because it has been claiming for many decades that fluoride is safe.

John Garfield from The University Daily Kansan recently wrote his own assessment of the dangers of fluoride, noting that the best available science links fluoride consumption to thyroid disorders, endocrine disruption, reproductive damage, skin problems, brittle bones, immunodeficiency, premature puberty, and lowered IQ (http://www.kansan.com/news/2012/apr/26/water-fluoridation/).

The evidence is so strong against fluoride these days that nearly 40 U.S. communities stopped fluoridating their water in 2011 (http://www.naturalnews.com), and many more, including Albuquerque, N.M., Bolivar, Mo., and Myerstown, Penn., have ended water fluoridation in 2012.

If someone told you that every time you turn on your tap to get a drink of water you are pouring poison into your glass you probably

wouldn’t be so keen on drinking the resulting fluid. If you were told that the toothpaste you use each day to clean your teeth, and your

children’s teeth also contained this same poison you would no doubt think very long and

hard before using that product again wouldn’t you?

The scary thing is that this is exactly what we are doing day to day, ingesting a poisonous substance because we have been brainwashed

into believing it is good for our teeth. The facts of the matter are vastly different though, and I hope after reading this article you will all

think long and hard about whether or not you might be better off buying bottled s

pring water and using a fluoride free toothpaste.

What is Fluoride?

Fluoride is a pollutant – a by-product of copper, iron and aluminum manufacturing. The problem of how to legally dispose of fluoride was

solved in the 1930′s when a study (funded by one of the country’s largest aluminum companies) concluded that fluoride prevented tooth decay.

Even more alarming the chemicals most used to fluoridate drinking water are silicofluorides, contaminated waste product of industry,

that were never safety tested on humans or animals. As a result what we are actually doing is conducting a massive toxicological experiment

with our children as the test subjects.

Silicofluorides are linked with children’s increased lead absorption. Studies link fluoride chemicals to bone fractures, lowered IQ, thyroid

dysfunction, cancer, allergies and more.

Why is Fluoride Bad for Me?

British researchers report in the British Medical Journal that fluoridation studies are flawed. A Canadian Government report found fluoridation

does more harm than good. A US National Institutes of Health Panel found most tooth decay studies, including hundreds on fluoride, scientifically

invalid. Even UNICEF, the organization that protects children, reports,

“more and more scientists are now seriously questioning the benefits of fluoride, even in small amounts.”

New research proves old-time dentists’ premise was wrong. Fluoride’s possible benefits, if any, are topical. So there’s no good reason to swallow

fluoride or put it into the water supply.

Fluoride is highly toxic. In fact, before fluoride was deemed a “cavity fighter,” it was used as insecticide and rat poison. In fact when it comes to

dental hygiene, fluoride actually does more harm than good.

When you consume too much fluoride, your teeth can become discolored and crumble.

In tests on laboratory animals, fluoride has been shown to enhance the brain’s absorption of aluminum (the substance that’s found in the brains of

most Alzheimer’s patients). Three different osteoporosis studies have associated hip fractures with fluoridation. And excessive fluoride has been

shown to damage the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, leading to

limited joint mobility, ligament calcification, muscular degeneration and neurological deficits.

A number of different studies have linked fluoride to as many as 10,000 cancer deaths per year, with a high incidence of bone cancer among men

exposed to fluoridated water.

Fluoride is an acute toxin with a rating slightly higher than that of lead.According to “Clinical Toxicology of Commercial products,” 5th Edition, 1984,

lead is given a toxicity rating of 3 to 4, and Fluoride is rated at 4 (3 = moderately toxic, 4 = very toxic).

Fluoride is also considered toxic waste. It is one of the most bone seeking elements known to mankind. The US Public Health Service has stated

that fluoride makes the bones more brittle and the dental enamel more porous.

Approximately half of each day’s fluoride intake will be retained. This is what makes it so dangerous. “The dose makes the poison”. All sides

agree to the fact that healthy kidneys can eliminate only about 50% of daily fluoride intake. The rest gets absorbed in calcified tissues, like

bones and teeth.The National Academy Of Sciences (NAS) stated in 1977 that,

for the average individual, a retention of 2mg/day would result in crippling skeletal fluorosis after 40 years.

Four major studies involving 480,000 children (US, 39,000; Japan, 22,000; India, 400,000; Tucson, 29,000) comparing fluoridated and

non-fluoridated areas showed no significant difference in decay rates. Proven is that a higher intake of fluoride will actually cause MORE cavities,

especially for children with low dietary calcium intake.

Those little white spots visible on the teeth of many children are called dental fluorosis, a condition
which not only predisposes them to decay, but also provides a sign that systemic fluoride poisoning is taking place. Dental fluorosis appears to serve

as a red flag for future bone fractures as well.

In 1990 fluoride was found to be an equivocal carcinogen by the National Cancer Institute Toxicology Program.(Maurer, et. al.,”Fluoride an equivocal

There are also studies proving that fluoride toxicity affects fertility.

In a dramatic turnaround, the nation’s leading fluoride advocate, The American Dental Association (ADA), issued an alert on November 9th (2006)

urging parents to avoid fluoridated water when reconstituting infant formula, warning that “Infants less than one year old may be getting more than

the optimal amount of fluoride if their primary source of nutrition is

powdered or liquid infant formula mixed with water containing fluoride.”

The most recognized problem with the ingestion of too much fluoride is dental fluorosis. This condition is characterized by the failure of tooth enamel to

crystallize properly in permanent teeth. The effects range from chalky, opaque blotching of teeth to severe, rust-colored stains, surface pitting and tooth brittleness.

Studies dating back to the 1950s have shown links between Down’s Syndrome and natural fluoridation. Ionel Rapaport also showed how the age of

women bearing Down’s Syndrome children decreased in direct relation to the increase of fluoride in the water supply.

The more fluoride that was in the water, the younger the age of the women bearing Down’s Syndrome

children.

Risk to the thyroid gland. According to the NRC, fluoride is an “endocrine disrupter.” Most notably, the NRC has warned that doses of fluoride

(0.01-0.03 mg/kg/day) achievable by drinking fluoridated water, may reduce the function of the thyroid among individuals with low-iodine intake.

Reduction of thyroid activity can lead to loss of mental acuity, depression and weight gain.

It has been known since the 1930s that ingesting too much fluoride can cause stiff and painful joints.

How did the use of Fluoride ever get sanctioned then?

In 1939 a dentist named H. Trendley Dean, DDS, examined water from 345 communities in Texas. Dr. Dean worked for the U.S Public Health Service (PHS).

He determined that high concentrations of fluoride in the water corresponded to a high incidence in mottled teeth. To many dentists this provided an answer

to the problem of mottled teeth they saw in some of their patients.

Dr. Dean also unexpectedly found a lower incidence of dental cavities in communities having about 1 ppm fluoride in the water supply. Among the native

residents of these areas about ten percent developed the very

mildest forms of mottled enamel, usually described as “beautiful white teeth”. However, Dean used a technique known as “selective use of data”, using data

from 21 cities while completely disregarding data from 272

other locations which show an almost complete lack of correlation when plotted.(J.Colquhoun;International Symposium on Fluoridation, Porte Alegre,

Brazil, September 1988)

Meanwhile, a number of court cases were being launched due to fluoride contamination, mainly by the aluminum industry. In addition the Manhattan

Project, the secret atomic bomb project, was in a big race to build the world’s first A-bomb. A pollution incident of great magnitude occurred at a factory

in New Jersey (DuPont) producing millions of tons of fluoride for the

project. A major “negative PR” problem was emerging, threatening the Manhattan Project and the secrecy around it.In 1945, supposedly as a result of

Dr. Dean’s discovery, the PHS planned to conduct a 10-year study of

fluoridation in two cities. Grand Rapids, Michigan was chosen as the city for artificial fluoridation and Muskegon, Michigan was the non-fluoridated city

for comparison and cavity rates were to be compared. In 1950, after

only five years into the project, due again to pressure exerted from the atomic bomb program, public health officials started to campaign for fluoridation.

The campaign was based on the fact that fluoridated Grand Rapids

had shown some decrease in cavity rate. Meanwhile there was also a decrease in cavity rate shown in non-fluoridated Muskegon. However, Muskegon was

dropped from the study for unknown reasons. After the project was

completed, only the Grand Rapids result was released and a major PR campaign promoting fluoride use started.

The aluminium industry were very keen to get the fluoride bandwagon rolling. They had been marketing their fluoride waste as a rat poison and insecticide

and were looking for a larger market. Therefore, a ten-year test was planned to prove to the public that fluoride in water would reduce the incidence of

cavities. Before the test was completed as planned, and despite the

fact that there was no clear evidence that fluoride was either safe or effective, water fluoridation was declared a triumph for public health.

Russell Blaylock M.D. is a retired neurosurgeon and author whose trailblazing research has tirelessly documented the fact that there is an epidemic of neurological disorders in the western world which are directly connected to toxins in our environment, and how this relates to the larger global eugenics program behind population reduction. In this fascinating interview, Blaylock reveals how depopulation programs forged by the Rockefeller foundation in association with the Nazis were the basis of modern day incarnations of eugenics like fluoride poisoning and vaccinations.

Blaylock explains how fluoride opportunists seized upon falls in dental cavities, which were occurring naturally as a result of increased calcium intake and better diets in the west, to claim that mass fluoridation was the answer, while burying a plethora of studies that proved adding fluoride to water did not reduce cavities at all and in fact in several instances increased dental cavities.

Blaylock highlights how independent study after study has shown that fluoride increases cancer rates, increases bone disorders, which as Blaylock points out is a good way of increasing mortality rates amongst the elderly, and also leads to profound neurological disorders. Blaylock highlights the research of Phyllis Mullenix, Ph.D, who during her tenure at Harvard University conducted one of the largest studies into fluoride's effects on the brain in animals. Mullenix found that offspring of animals who had been fed fluoride became hyperactive (ADHD) and that if you gave an animal fluoride after birth they became very lethargic and apathetic. Mullenix discovered that fluoride tends to accumulate in the part of the brain that controls behavior. After revealing the truth about fluoride, Mullenix was later shunned and attacked by the medical establishment that she had once been a part of.

Blaylock delves into the dangers of vaccines and how they are part of the eugenics assault, pointing out that America's infant mortality rates are impossibly high for a nation that is supposed to be a global leader in health care. Blaylock puts the number down to the fact that American babies are now being shot up with more vaccines than ever before, the rising number of which correlates exactly with levels of infant mortality. "When you over-vaccinate, it interferes with the development of the brain and then the child has difficulty learning, they have behavioral problems, and their brain cannot develop normally," states Blaylock.

What can I do to avoid consuming Fluoride?

If you live in an area with fluoridated water, drink distilled water.

Eliminate any Teflon of Tefal coated cookingware, for scratches in the surface will release PTFT, another toxic fluoride compound.

Avoid fruit juices coming from fluoridated areas.

Avoid using any toothpaste or mouthrinse containing fluoride.

Avoid all non-organic grape products as they are especially high in fluoride content due to the number of fertilizer and pesticide

applications. Wine can contain up to 3 ppm fluoride.

Stop using/ingesting fluoridated tap water. Stop making ice cubes and washing produce with it and stop cooking with it.

Buy a water filter but make sure it is one that can remove FLUORIDE, minerals, THMs and nitrates. Be sure to get a filter that is

NSF-certified (a non-profit testing agency).

Use all natural toothpaste from the health food store such as Toms of Maine. It is especially important for children to use fluoride

free toothpaste since they are more likely to swallow some while brushing their teeth.

Never use fluoridated water when mixing baby formula. Too much fluoride accumulated in the body can cause dental fluorosis, and

according to the CDC 1/3 of the kids in the US now suffer from this condition.

Stop smoking, fluoride has been found in cigarettes.

Be wary of tinned fish and canned food items. Fluoride may be used as a preservative.

Avoid long term use of medication that contains fluorine. Certain antidepressants and medications for osteoporosis contain fluorine.

Be careful of drinking too much green or black tea. Tea almost always has elevated levels of fluoride and can contribute a substantial

amount to one's total fluoride intake.

If you live in a country which allows fluoridated salt to be sold, make sure that the salt you buy is unfluoridated. Consumption of

fluoridated salt can greatly increase a person's fluoride exposure.

Minimize consumption of mechanically-deboned chicken. Mechanically deboned chicken (e.g. "Chicken McNuggets") has been

found to contain elevated levels of fluoride due to the incorporation of ground bone particles (which are high in fluoride) into the meat.

Move. This may seem like an extreme solution, but if you have the option, not all cities have fluoridated water and Europe’s water

supply is 97% fluoride Free. If you live in an area with fluoride free water, take advantage of it and only buy locally grown and raised

produce and meat that hasn’t been contaminated with Fluoride

There is also the conspiracy theory, which argues that the governments are deliberately introducing Fluoride into our food and water supplies in order

to keep us docile and therefore easier to control. Perhaps the reason this belief has come about is because of the historical fact that during World War II

the German Gestapo used fluoride in their Nazi concentration camps

with a view to subduing their prisoners.

The first occurrence of fluoridated drinking water on Earth was found in Germany`s Nazi prison camps. The Gestapo had little concern about fluoride`s

supposed effect on children`s teeth; their alleged reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to sterilize humans and force the

people in their concentration camps into calm submission. (Ref. book: "The Crime and Punishment of I.G. Farben" by Joseph Borkin.)

The following letter was received by the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Milwaukee Wisconsin, on 2 October 1954, from Mr. Charles Perkins, a chemist:

"I have your letter of September 29 asking for further documentation regarding a statement made in my book, The Truth About Water Fluoridation,

to the effect that the idea of water fluoridation was brought to England from Russia by the Russian Communist Kreminoff. "In the 1930`s, Hitler and

the German Nazi`s envisioned a world to be dominated and controlled by a Nazi philosophy of pan-Germanism. The German chemists worked out a

very ingenious and far-reaching plan of mass-control which was submitted to and adopted by the German General Staff. This plan was to control the

population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies. By this method they could control the population in whole areas,

reduce population by water medication that would produce sterility in women, and so on. In this scheme of mass-control, sodium fluoride occupied

a prominent place. ...

"Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual`s power to resist domination, by slowly poisoning and

narcotizing a certain area of the brain, thus making him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him. [A convenient light lobotomy]

“The real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children`s teeth. If this were the real reason there are many ways in which it could

be done that are much easier, cheaper, and far more effective. The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the

masses to domination and control and loss of liberty.

“When the Nazis under Hitler decided to go into Poland, both the German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged scientific and

military ideas, plans, and personnel, and the scheme of mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists

because it fitted ideally into their plan to communize the world. …

“I was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an official of the great IG Farben chemical industries and was also prominent in

the Nazi movement at the time. I say this with all the earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years` research into the

chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorine–any person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period of one year or

more will never again be the same person mentally or physically.” CHARLES E. PERKINS, Chemist, 2 October 1954.

Great article. It is nice to see all of this info in one place. I stick with Fluoride free toothpaste. I wish I could accomplish a getting a filter that

gets rid of fluoride but, they are ridiculously expensive. It would be nice if the government would question the idea of putting pollutants into

our drinking water. The nursery water that is still on store shelves is the most disturbing of all. I guess if the choice was up to the citizens

companies would have nothing else to filter away all of their chemicals. Lucky Us!

It is a known fact that Fluoride is highly toxic. Because of its toxic effect it is used in regulated amount as insecticide for teeth cavity. Now hearing

that it does more harm than good, the use of Fluoride toothpaste becomes dangerous. A great information and warns protection. Thank you for

The best way to rid yourself of fluoride is through political action. People need to lobby, petition, call, write, email and visit their legislators on

the local, state and federal levels. If enough people do this, it will be politically unpopulator to add unnecessary,money-wasting and

health-robbing fluoride chemicals into the water.

I’ve heard this years ago Misty. It fits into a lot of conspiracy theories, and the fact that it was spearheaded by the Nazis and the aluminum

industry underscores the reality to me. The problem is, where I live, it’s dam near impossible to avoid. Anyway, you’ve got me thinking

about buying a water filter again.

Um, did you read anything that wasn’t by anti-fluoride crusaders? Every single industrialized nation in the world adds fluoride to its drinking water.

In fact, the scattering of communities that go against the grain have less healthy populations and much higher dental problems.

The amount of fluoride and the kind is the key. Fluoride in large quantities is super dangerous, but the fact is that there is probably a

90% chance that you are getting more toxic amounts of lead (still too low to be any danger unless your plumbing is really old) than

you are of fluoride.

Have your tap water tested. Then research any fact-based book or organization you choose and you’ll find the number is way below

anything considered even remotely dangerous.

Hi Hub Llama, actually I read a huge amount of sites on this subject using various search terms, and I found very little if any evidence

backing up the fact Fluoride works positively at all, but loads of evidence that it doesn’t help strengthen teeth whatsoever and is toxic poison.

I also found cases of areas that have stopped using Fluoride in the water and with no adverse effects to the dental health of their residents.

I would be interested if you want to post any links here to non-government reports and not those from the aluminium industry,

that show independent and unbiased evidence to show Fluoride actually does any good though!!

really interesting hub. The part about green tea intake is surprising because it reduces the health risks of many diseases frommany studies.

It evenlowered the risk to contract the flu. I dont have the link but believe me, I am a real digger for health studies and information. it was

pretty conclusive with 80% of one group drinking green tea, 3 times per day recovered quicker than the other group or did not contract H1N1,

while the other group did not take green tea,

Hi Ocbill, it is possible that this element of the conclusions was based on the reduction of the cumalative intake of fluoride, rather than being

isolated in it’s own right, and that if no other Fluoride was consumed it could provide health benefits.

This is brilliant, Cindy, and I am reposting at Facebook! It really annoys me how we are being poisoned with this crap. It is hard to

avoid the stuff – even the bottled waters often have fluoride if you check. The water on Tenerife has far too much fluoride even by the

authorities admissions – we have had news stories telling residents not to use the water in some areas because of this on a few occasions!

It is killing the Dragon Trees here too and I have a hub on that showing the signs of damage. I have proved this by stopping watering my

Dragos with tap water and they are OK unless too far gone. Many in the streets are dying! Can I get this info published in a newspaper here?

I didn’t know any of this. It’s shocking.

Yes, I’ll certainly be making some changes. Next thing I’m doing is looking at the mineral statistics of Cologne’s tap water.

I’ll probably have to get one of those filters.

No wonder so many people are getting Alzheimer nowadays, and having hip replacements.

Fluoride is not bad for you. It is considered by most public health experts to be one of the major advances in public health of the last century.

Unfortunately, it has become politicized and the target of Internet conspiracy theorists. What one must remember is that everything is toxic

(even water and oxygen) at high enough levels. “The dose makes the poison” and so when reading the claims of people citing support to the

claims of the evils of fluoride one must pay attention to make sure they are not citing industrial exposures, high dose supplements, etc etc.

•It does reduce tooth decay dramatically.

•It saves society money by promoting better health.

•It is associated with less gum disease, which may be a contributing factor in heart disease.

•Nearly all dental fluorosis (mottling of the teeth from too much fluoride) is from eating toothpaste or taking too much supplementation in

pill form, not from drinking water.

•There is no credible evidence that it causes cancer.

•There is no credible evidence that fluoride from drinking water causes osteoporosis or fractures (taking high dose pills can and studies of

drinking water are on-going).

•There is no credible evidence that it causes birth defects, ADD or other toxicity at the doses found in water.

- Wiki answers. I’m a lot more convinced by their argument than yours.

Oh, and as for your graph about flouridation and IQs, correlation does not equal causation.

Actually, I’ve been researching the subject more and I’m starting to oppose flouridation. I was thrown off by your argument at first because

of the IQ v. Flouridation graph. It is a logical fallacy, please remember that correlation doesn’t equal causation.

I really don’t know what to believe in regards to whether fluoride is good or bad for you. Either way I think about it like this; it is not

within the governments mandate to medicate the population. If I’m genuinely worried about the health of my teeth I’ll brush and floss more.

When government officials begin to believe that they have the right to force medications on the populous, and we allow them to do it, where does it stop?

My step-children’s grandfather (they live with him & grandma-long story) always sends the kids to visit us with Tom’s Natural

Toothpaste and won’t let them wear sun screen. I just thought that he was crazy and that he was suffering some post traumatic stress from “Nam”.

It is very likely most of them are not “in the know” about the dangers either, and in any case, small amounts probably won’t do significant damage.

You are also working on an assumption that they are not drinking bottled water or filtered water when you see them drinking it.
