This testimonial is mainly about my difficulties with my health and a graphic description of my injuries incurred

after the covert agents deliberately drove a car over me..

I needed to do this testimonial because justice does not exist in Nova Scotia.

So I want there to be a public record of my situation for future investigators and also in the event that they finally

succeed in killing me as they have since tried three more times in the past few months.

They even sabotaged my wheelchair when it was in for repairs by turning down my

brakes to 15% in the chairs software that controls the chair.

So that I would not be able to stop when they again tried to drive a car into my wheelchair. 

If there truly was justice, then a serious inquiry and investigation would have been done.

But Canadians are really naive and stupid in believing that they have a democracy.

That is not possible if the people do not fight for Truth, Justice and Liberty.

A democracy can not exist if the people do not continuously get involved in it.

Here in Halifax Nova Scotia most of the people who have good jobs derive their income

from the government. 80% according to the governments own statistics..

No wonder my human rights are not being protected..

They all work for the government and do what ever the covert agents tell them to do.

The covert agents do not work for we the people..

i have been reading your articles for years.  i believe everything you say.

 the truth resonates in your writings.  all i can say to you is, do not despair.

 i’m sure there are many others who believe you.  i’m sorry that we are outnumbered

by the doubters or disbelivers, but it is very hard to admit to the pure evil hoodlums

 who are running your country and mine.  i would say the mafia was tame compared to

the present gangster governments of our world.  i’m very sorry for your pain and misery,

 there are many in like conditions in the world today and the only consolation is trust in a

I was informed by the disabilities commission that there was to be a public meeting today at the Dartmouth

North Community Center.

I then telephoned Halifax Regional Municipality for more information and soon discovered that the meeting was not one

meeting from three pm to nine pm.

But instead it was two public meetings, the first from three to four thirty and the other one started at seven pm.

So I went to the place early.

I found no sign or notices posted about the meeting.

Then when it started I found no information literature for people to read.

But I did find a series of signboards lined up.

So I did a series of photographs of these which you will find below..

I introduced myself and then tried to find people I have previously been in contact with at metro transit such as Brian Boudreau

who I named in my Human Rights complaint against metro transit.

He was not there.

But I did find Pat Mar and I asked him if he had read my NOVA bus article I emailed to him.

He had not. He had read none of my other reports either.

I asked him if he had a business card and he said no.

Please note; He is the accessibilities issues manager of Metro Transit.

So then I approached the speaker Steven Wicks and I wanted to know who he was.

I asked him for his business card and he gave me one.

I then found it odd that he was not from metro transit and that he was from the IBM corporation out of California USA.

He then began his slide show presentation where he just announced about what was on the slide on his screen.

Later in the presentation he made it clear that much of what he was presenting had no definite plan as to if or even

when any of it would be put into operation.

He then made it clear that it could be many years into the future or if ever at all.

I and everyone else there was under the impression we were there to also ask questions.

A blind lady interrupted and asked some questions which were very quickly sidetrack by the speaker.

Then he continued with his slide show.

Then I asked a question and that was quickly sidetrack.

But I persisted many times to change this slide show presentation into a useful questions and answers meeting.

The speaker really did not want to allow this to happen.

So I asked him do you work for metro transit and I soon realized he was not with metro transit.

He had been hired to put on a public relations show to make it look like metro transit really cared about the public concerns.

Then another member of the audience from ta representative from the disabilities commission asked the speaker if he was

going to address operational issues about metro transit.

The speaker was very agitated and said I am not here to deal with anything to do with how Metro transit operates.

So that made it very clear that this whole public meeting had nothing to do with finding out from the public what concerns

they had about how metro transit operates.

I apologized to the speaker for interrupting his slide show presentation and I went to the exit door where three

representatives from metro transit sat behind a table.

I very loudly told them that they did not care at all about people in wheelchairs.

I pointed out many serious issues, I mentioned to them about my previous communications and reports I filed and sent to

metro transit about very serious accessibility issues. As well as human rights violations.

I told them I was amazed that my information was not being addressed.

I made it very clear that I did not like anything about how metro transit disrespects me and all other disabled people who

have to use motorized wheelchairs.

I then told them that this would meeting was nothing but window dressing.

I then left the this joke of a public meeting where it felt like I was to be a child in a school classroom that was to listen to

the indoctrination .

This was supposed to be a meeting to represent the democratic process.

Instead it was a very clever propaganda show.

During the meeting another person in a wheelchair asked why it was that metro transit had not put up notices or signs on the

or in the buses announcing these meetings.

So the woman from metro transit sitting in the middle of the table by the exit said they had.

SO then I after said that was not true.

I, as well as the other person said that we never ever saw any such signs.

The speaker as well as metro transit representatives did everything they could to stop any meaningful questions from being

addressed at this pretend public meeting.

I had to leave this place.

I was so insulted and I again was reminded as to how metro transit’s way over paid executives do not care to really earn their

money and to do the work necessary to learn about and then improve all the human rights violations of metro transit.

I understand that many Nova Scotian people will take offense to this statement.

But the truth needs to be told.

As some of you may know,

I am an activist writer for truth justice and liberty and I am The Visionary Folk Photographer from the Great White North.

In particular I am going to speak about what I have discovered in the Capital City, Halifax of Nova Scotia.

You will be able to confirm what I am about to tell you.

I have done numerous photographic virtual tours of every significant public building,

such as Court Houses, Churches, City Hall and the Provincial Legislature and more

I have also photographed every monument, statue, plaque and any other public signs.

Unlike all other places I have visited in Ottawa, Quebec City, Montreal, and Toronto. Etc.

I could not find any signs of Truth Justice and Liberty in Nova Scotia.

I have searched and searched for signs of Truth Justice and Liberty and I can not find it.

My photographic virtual tours that can be viewed on-line attest to this.

Not in one of these photos can I find theses words written or mentioned.

Unlike public institutions found in other places in Canada and The United States of America.

Nova Scotia has never seen it fit to etch these important and nobel words onto stone, Brass or paper.

I then thought that this can not be possible.

So I then, discovered that these words has also have never ever been spoken or uttered at any time by any members of any governments or corporate media in Nova Scotia Canada.

I was schocked to realize that this was very true in deed.

I have asked members of the Nova Scotia Legislature to consider getting these words erected somewhere.

I have suggested that there be a plaque put up at all the entrances of all public buildings that claim to be part of the democratic process.

I suggested that the plaques say this.

“Be it known that you are entering

 an institution that is dedicated

 to the pursuit Of

Truth Justice and Liberty

Keep out if you do not agree”

 

I seriously dought that any of these words will ever be spoken, whispered , written or be posted in Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotias true history has always been cloaked in a veil of evil secrecy.

For the self serving and anti democratic secret society of the Freemasonry claim that they founded Nova Scotia.

The Freemasons put them selves above Truth Justice and Liberty and the democratic system that these words are founded on.

The Freemasons are a self serving evil group that will covertly destroy and kill anyone that challenges their control.

Freemasons are in control of all key public positions.

Such as Doctors, Lawyers, Judges, Police, military and the list goes on.

Just across the street is a soup kitchen that serves free hot meals to the hungry.

It was original named “Margarette house”, then they changed it to ‘Feed others of Dartmouth society”

then for some unknown reason they took down the sign and also have nothing posted in any windows, so that anyone who has never been there before, and is starving.

will never know for sure where the place is.

So the place will only benefit insiders and not new commers,

I have often stood in the cold waiting in the line up to that soup kitchen.

I often spoke of the evils that go on in our society.

I have told many of those in the line up about the history of the building that we spent three years observing being built across the street.

Until one day after I came out.

A huge brutish man military machine type, approached me and wanted to have a public discussion on my political views especially pertaining to the war propaganda about Germany in world war two.

All the while the blonde haired lady that runs the soup kitchen was right in front of us leaning on the railing of the wheelchair ramp and listened to our conversation. She could hear us very clearly as the place is a very quiet place.

This lady is the one responsible for this meating and discussion taking place.

She is the one that brought the harm to me that you are about to hear about.

We sat in front of the Christ Church right across the street from the entrance to the soup kitchen.

we discussed the Masons and the topic of The so called Jewish holocaust, and the theft, destruction and oppression of the Palestinians and their country came up.

I mentioned that the Palestinians were murdered and the survivors were driven into the desert to die.

I mentioned that only through the goodness of Christians from all over the world, were the Palestinians able to survive.

The good people of the world brought in food and tents to help these oppressed peoples.

I expressed to this man that before the second world war there were 50,000 real jews living peacefully with the arab and Christian palestinians.

And that after the second world war there were now six million jews living there in what they now call israhell. The most racist state on earth.

These are the jews that the world were told were killed by the Christian Germans.

I said all those pictures we were shown of Jews going to extermination camps was not true.

I told him that the Zionists who controlled Hitler and took over Germany were actually showing us pictures of Jews that were being taken out of harms way.

They were heading to Palestine which is now called Israhell.

After which the complete destruction of Christian Germany began.

Where the Zionist Freemasons controlled allied bombers that went on their bombing campaign.

They fire bombed every town, hamlet, village and city in Germany.

Killing most of the Christian German population.

During the last year of the war.

Most of the people of Germany were killed, injured and there homes destroyed.

The firebombing always took place after one in the morning while the people slept.

I told this man that the word holocaust was a German word that the survivors were screaming after the fire bombings.

The word in German means to burn up in an inferno.

That is why the war propaganda to cover up the real holocaust was told to the rest of the world.

We were told that the good Christians of Germany were evil and that they were killing jews in ovens.

The Zionists much earlier, had committed their false flag operation where they broke all their own windows and told the world that the Christian Germans were evil and hated Jews.

Then three months after Germany was completely destroyed and the war was over.

the allieds arrived at one of the camps known auswitz.

Where the support infrasture such as food delivery had stopped because all the German people were dead.

So we were shown images of dead and starving prisoners.

We were then told that these prisoners were only jews.

Again that was not true.

The prisoners were mostly christians.

We were shown mass graves that the allieds dug to bury the dead.

Many of the photographs were from other previous events from the first world war.

That was never true.

The real Jews of Germany lived in happy peace with the German people all through Germanys great history.

So the next day as I walked to cross the street as i was leaving the soup kitchen.

A pick up truck with two guys in their early twenties, sat waiting for me to cross the street.

As I crossed they floored their pick up truck.

Luckily for me these killers did not realize that there was a sunken manhole cover in front of their truck.

So as they accelerated at full speed.

There truck banged down really hard into this hole.

The loud noise warned me and also slowed the trucks acceleration.

It gave me the warning I needed to avoid being run over.

They drove just in front of me at full speed and then immediately turned up into the Christ Church driveway turning to face me, and sat there just staring at me.

They had the most hateful and evil looks on their faces.

They were so pissed off that they were not able to succeed in doing their evil to me.

A week later as I was riding my mountain bicycle down Portland St they attempted to kill me again. When they drove a car over me.

So as I said, there is no Truth Justice or Liberty in this Zionist Freemason stronghold.

Now you know that they want me dead for telling the truth and expossing their dark evil to the light of truth…

I truely hope that my virtuous values as those of the murdered Christians from all over the world has not been for nothing.

I am writing this article in hopes that what I will write here will bring about a new standard in street signs pertaining to the safety of cyclists on public streets.

I have been a cyclist for over forty years and absolutely loved the freedom and mobility, not to mention the health benefits to me and the environment.

Unfortunately I have recently been severely injured in an accident where an un-attentive motorist pulled out from a side street and made a left turn without ever making any effort to look for a cyclist coming down the hill (that being me).

I have been permanently injured and disabled. I am absolutely fortunate to have survived and I am now writing this as a victim of this situation of none existent signs for dangerous conditions ahead for cyclists.

We have signs for every imaginable hazard be it a family of ducks, the blind and deaf etc etc but there are no signs to warn motorists that they are approaching conditions that are very hazardous to cyclists, Such as blind crests, narrow curved roads where there is not enough room to pass cyclists.

For example if a cyclist approaches a traffic light. Just about all intersections have very narrow lanes at the intersections because planners always narrow the lanes to put in left turn lanes. This is especially the case in ancient winding downtown streets.

Please note that the downtown areas of cities is where you’ll find most cyclists.

Cyclist danger signs are especially needed on large hills where cyclists can gain good speeds going down and are moving exceptionally slow going up hills both of which give more reason for drivers to be aware of cyclist danger zones.

Another idea needs to be that some of the cyclist danger zones signs for downhill will need to be double sided as drivers coming from the opposite direction, such as in my case where drivers are getting ready to pull out left or right need to see a danger sign on their left when contemplating pulling out onto a street with a hill where cyclists can approach very quickly.

It seems to me that dumb drivers usually only look for large vehicles. and I think there needs to be severe penalties for any motorist that injures cyclists and pedestrians and that traditional traffic violations (fines) penalties should never be applied in these situations. There needs to be a new legal standard to always have a judge decide as to the penalty to the motorist when they injure or kill pedestrians and cyclists. Criminal charges should always be a choice. This would be a great detergent for drivers. Standard fines should never be considered as fair in the situation of injuring cyclists and pedestrians.

Insured drivers don’t give a second thought to damage they do to people. The insurance pays and the drivers just go on their marry way while leaving people dead or injured and disabled for life.

The penalties need to be significant and criminal, In this way drivers will be allot more careful to look for pedestrians and cyclists.

Drivers have to get out of this indifference mind-set of pedestrians and cyclists being just like a vehicles on the street.

A persons life and body are not a vehicle. At present damage peoples bodies are treated worse than damage to vehicles.

At present if a vehicle is damaged it is almost always immediately repaired no matter what the cost.

I’ll give you an example.

At present I am unable to get a nights sleep because of my numerous broken ribs, spinal injury, internal injuries. etc. My doctors have all told the insurance I need an orthopedic bed. The insurance would never hesitate to replace a car seat immediately but will not provide me with what I need immediately to help to repair the damages done to me and my life. The situation is much worse then this. Priority is always placed on vehicle repairs and never on pedestrian and cyclists body damages.

When are we as a society going to value human life and a persons quality of life over the quality of a vehicle. If a luxury car were damaged it would be immediately repaired at any cost, but this is not the case when a driver destroys or disables a cyclists quality of life.

Another example of hazards to cyclists is when a large vehicle such as a bus or truck goes wide to pass a cyclist and the drivers behind can never see that these large vehicles are actually passing a cyclist. This always happens on very narrow streets and the blinded drivers are never paying attention for a cyclist. This is the kind of place where these cyclist danger signs are needed.

I think that if towns had cyclist danger signs around that it would condition drivers to start paying more attention for cyclists and it would remind them to always keep an eye out for potentially dangerous areas for cyclists.

I recommend that a large sign be used, I recommend a square sign turned on its axis with bright neon green background and a picture of a bicycle in the center and a black arrow at the top to point ahead to the danger.

These signs need to be on the large size or they will just blend in with no parking signs and the such and people will just be conditioned to ignore the signs..

Oh and how about putting allot more consideration in providing clearly marked cyclist lanes on all hills…

The cost of signs is absolutely minor in comparison to the cost to society of the injured’s medical costs and the added costs to help sustain the disabled for the rest of their lives.

I will so very much miss being able to go down a nature trail with my mountain bike and to take pictures of beautiful Nova Scotia’s wilderness. I will never again be able to ride a bike…… I am so sad for that…I also will not be able to walk down a trail, I can no longer do many things.

I would love it if you would consider my services to scout locations in need of cyclists danger signs throughout Nova Scotia. This would be easily done with the aid of a GPS unit.

Please note soon I will also be writing you on the Issue of Pedestrian Crosswalks.

The department posts signs based on national guidelines developed by the Transportation Association of Canada. The goal is to provide a uniform system of traffic control devices that sends a familiar message to drivers across the country. The department currently posts Share the Road signs in locations consistent with this national standard. The Share the Road sign is used to warn motorists and cyclists of a changing condition that will require them to use extra caution in order to safely share the upcoming section of road. The sign also provides a positive message to motorists and cyclists to share the road.
To sign every possible location where cyclists and drivers must use extra caution would be impractical and result in an over abundance of signs, which would in turn tend to dilute the effectiveness of warning signs. Therefore, the Share the Road sign is reserved for areas where a road configuration changes, such as where a bicycle lane ends or on the approach to a narrow structure.
Cyclist safety is an important component of our overall road safety strategy and we will continue to focus our efforts toward educating both drivers and cyclists on their rights and responsibilities in order to improve the safety of their interactions on the highway.

But I find it completely wrong…First in all my years as a driver (2 million miles driven) and all my years as a cyclist I have never seen any signs that say share the road…
There needs to be a new standard of cyclist warning signs..I clearly explained the need.. Obviously you’ve never rode a bike where your life was seriously indangered because of the situations I indicated..
I suggest you go out and ride a bike for one month and see how many times you will come close to dieing due to the situations I indicated..
Nothing you answered indicated a remedy to the dangerous situations I explained, your answer and attitude is completely unacceptable it shows a complete lack of understanding and reason.
The township of Halifax Nova Scotia where I live does not have one sign anywhere to warn of danger zones for cyclists.
So I am to believe that the life of a duck is more important then lets say the 19 year old man that got run over by a tractor-trailer only a few feet from where I got run over by a car, on my street recently because the road is to narrow for the two way traffic and the cyclists on the edge of the road.
I am now facing severe pain and suffering, as well as being severly disabled, I will need continuos operations for the rest of my life..
I can never again be a productive member of society..
Not to mention the huge amounts of money being spent by the public health care system and private insurance…to maintain my life..
Do you really think we as citizens can not afford to put up some cyclist danger zone signs?
Your comment of having to sign every danger zone to cyclists would require an over abundance of signs..That statement clearly proves that there are many danger zones to cyclists..
So I can not understand why you can not put signs up at the extremely dangerous locations only..
Your reasoning is that all locations of extreme danger to cyclists lives doesn’t matter at all..
Do you hear what your saying?
Like I said you have no understanding and no compassion for the death and suffering caused by people who have your reasoning..
How would you like it if you drove down a dangerous street and went off a blind crest and over a cliff because some bureaucrat choose to save a little money or spare themselves the mental effort toreakize the need to put up a sign warning you of the upcoming unseen danger?
I’ll tell you that society would immediately demand that a danger sign be put up immediately at that dangerous location..
But for some reason you think dangers to cyclists does not matter but that dangers to bureaucrats driving in their fancy cars does..
There can never be an over abundance of signs to save lives..
If a thousand signs saves lives and suffering every year after they are put up..wouldn’t that be a great investment..
Please this summer..take a whole month and park your car and ride your bike..hey don’t forget even if you live out of town you can put your bike on the rack infront of the bus to go anywhere.
Now no cheating, you’ll have to ride your bike after dark too..you better hope that those cyclist danger zone signs are reflective..
Be really careful if and when your far from home and it starts raining..you’ll discover that not only do your bicycle brakes almost do not work but also that if they do, your tiny tires will quickly skid when that car driver decides to make a left turn in front of you or maybe just decides to stop very suddenly in front of you because society see cyclists as not mattering at all..
Do you just hate it when those cars can stop much faster then your bike can and you end up rearending the car and fly over its roof onto the street in front of the car and the driver doesn’t even care cause your just a poor cyclist and just goes ahead and drives over you.
Afterall the drivers insurance will take care of anything else and you
ll be able to just on your merry way until the next time and time again where you injure of kill a cyclist.
Society presently show almost no consideration for cyclists..at worst driver only tiny little fines for killing cyclists..
Hey the fines are even less the the cost of a permit to go out and kill wildlife..
Wow what a system we have..at present its just open season for cyclists..
So when are you going to start showing some respect for the lives of cyclists?

There’s nothing worse if you’re a bicyclist and you suddenly find yourself a mile into a two-mile stretch of shoulder-less, busy, highway-speed traffic with no alternative route. So Google has added bicycling directions, lanes and routes to Google Maps.
The new feature also includes a “Bicycling Layer,” which shows bike paths and bike-friendly streets with or without lanes:
Dark green indicates a dedicated bike-only trail
Light green indicates a dedicated bike lane along a road
Dashed green indicates roads that are designated as preferred for bicycling, but without dedicated lanes
According to Google, it has also taken steps to avoid uphill and long downhill routes, busy roads and even busy intersections.

From Daniel j Towsey On November 22 someone drove their car over me when i passed

them while i was riding my mountain bicycle  bike passed them..this was the second time in

two weeks that someone gunned their vehicle at me from a parked position while i passed by.

i survived this very serious incedent, i underwent many emergency opperations .

i had serious internal injuries, many broken bones and spent 11 days in hospital.

I am now at home dissabled. my mobility is very limited i will be undergoing many

more medical events in the future. i will maintain this site.

i will write a complete artcle in the near future..
